Indemnity to P.G Bison / Joint Venture

I the abovementioned do hereby indemnify and hold harmless P.G Bison / Joint Venture and/or their respective agents, employees, servants, invitees and contractors (Also referred to as "the joint venture") against any acts or omissions of what so ever nature occurring whilst I was on any property owned, leased or under control of the joint venture. I hereby further waive all claims of whatsoever nature arising from any loss or damage, including consequential loss arising or resulting from my being in or upon property owned, leased or under the control of the joint venture utilized by me for any purpose whatsoever, notwithstanding that such loss or damage may have been caused or sustained as a result of negligence, breach of contract or willful or other wrongful act of the joint venture.

I do waive and abandon unconditionally any claim which I may have at any time, against the joint venture arising from my use of property owned, leased or under the control of the joint venture or being upon such property.

Indemnity to Maclear Motor Bike Club

I the abovementioned do hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Maclear Motor Bike Club and/or their respective sponsors, employees and members against all claims for the loss, injury or damage of any kind whatsoever, including consequential damage/injury and howsoever arising from our participation in the fun ride, which I may suffer or which may be suffered by any third party.

This notwithstanding that such loss or damage may have been caused or sustained as a result of negligence on behalf of the MACLEAR MOTOR BIKE CLUB/FZN Festival and any other person, sponsor, employee or member.

I do waive and abandon unconditionally any claim which I may have at any time, against MACLEAR MOTOR BIKE CLUB and FZN Festival and/or their respective sponsors, employees and members arising from the said 'fun ride'.
